This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Alpha Net Systems issues refunds for our IT infrastructure and support services. Alpha Net Systems strives for client satisfaction but must maintain strict corporate guidelines.
Cancellations for recurring Alpha Net Systems support contracts must be submitted in writing 30 days in advance. Alpha Net Systems does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
For hardware installations and network setups by Alpha Net Systems, refunds are only applicable if Alpha Net Systems has not yet procured specialized equipment. Once Alpha Net Systems engineers commence work, only the unearned portion of the labor fee is refundable.
When Alpha Net Systems procures third-party enterprise hardware (routers, servers, cabling) on behalf of a client, a 15% non-refundable procurement surcharge is applied. Refund for the hardware itself is subject to original manufacturer policies passed through by Alpha Net Systems.
Fees for onsite emergency dispatches by Alpha Net Systems in Navi Mumbai are non-refundable once the Alpha Net Systems technician has departed our Tech Park hub. Alpha Net Systems guarantees effort, not specific onsite resolution timeframes.
Subscription fees for the Alpha Net Systems monitoring cluster are billed monthly in advance. Alpha Net Systems does not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Partner access remains active until the end of the paid period at Alpha Net Systems.
Before a refund is processed, Alpha Net Systems reserves the right to attempt technical mitigation of the reported issue. Alpha Net Systems will dedicate up to 48 hours of engineering time to resolve the implementation gap before considering a fee reversal.
Refunds for Alpha Net Systems technical workshops or employee training sessions are issued only if cancelled in writing 72 hours prior to the session start. A minor administrative fee is retained by Alpha Net Systems.
Fees paid to Alpha Net Systems for custom algorithmic development or mainframe network mapping are non-refundable once the design specification is signed off by the partner organization.
Approved refunds from Alpha Net Systems are processed within 21 business days via NEFT or original wire transfer. Alpha Net Systems is not liable for bank delays within the India financial network.
