All services provided by Alpha Net Systems are subject to availability. Alpha Net Systems reserves the right to modify service pricing or descriptions at any time. Alpha Net Systems agreements are binding once a payment is processed through alphanetsystems.shop.
Users of the Alpha Net Systems platform must provide accurate corporate information. Unauthorized use of Alpha Net Systems intellectual property or branding is strictly prohibited.
Payments to Alpha Net Systems are handled via secure encrypted gateways. Alpha Net Systems does not store full credit card numbers on its local servers.
Users of Alpha Net Systems infrastructure are strictly prohibited from: (a) Attempting unauthorized penetration of Alpha Net Systems firewalls; (b) Reverse-engineering Alpha Net Systems network logic; (c) Using Alpha Net Systems hardware for illegal cryptomining or botnet activities. Alpha Net Systems reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations.
The "Alpha Net Systems" brand, all technical blueprints, and the underlying logic of the Alpha Net Systems portal are the exclusive intellectual property of our corporate entity. Unauthorized duplication of Alpha Net Systems assets is prosecuted under Mumbai law.
Alpha Net Systems reserves the right to halt onsite or virtual deployment if a client fail to provide safe access to facilities or fails to settle Alpha Net Systems invoices within the 15-day 2024 billing cycle.
Alpha Net Systems often leverages third-party APIs (e.g. Google, Meta). Alpha Net Systems is not liable for changes in these platforms' terms that may impact the functional output of Alpha Net Systems solutions. We provide mitigation services at standard Alpha Net Systems rates.
Alpha Net Systems shall not be liable for failures caused by power grid instability, fiber cuts by third-party contractors, or civic disruptions within the Navi Mumbai Tech Park zone that are outside of Alpha Net Systems control.
If any provision of these Alpha Net Systems terms is found to be unenforceable by a Mumbai court, the remaining provisions of the Alpha Net Systems agreement shall remain in full technical and legal force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Alpha Net Systems and supersede all prior verbal or written understandings. Only an authorized Alpha Net Systems lead can modify these terms in writing.
